To fjernsyn som snør
mot hverandre
i en nattestille stue
kunne vi være,
og det skulle snø
utenfor også, ned over huset,
et svimlende snøfall
som kosmisk støy,
og endelig skulle vi
ikke forstå hverandre.

Two televisions snowing
one against the other
in a quiet living room at night
could be us,
and it will snow
outside too, down over the house,
a dizzying snowfall
like cosmic static,
and in the end we need
not understand each other.
